“In December 2015 I decided at my lowest point that it was time to do something about my weight. I needed help. Not just with exercise but with food as well. I had such an unhealthy relationship with food, when I thought about dieting and losing weight, I thought starving myself was the best and quickest way to do it and I needed someone to show me that food isn’t the enemy, which is exactly what Hannah did. I have been using Hannah’s guidelines and exercise regimes including adding in some HIIT training and over the last 4 months I have lost 20kg in total and have so much more confidence and motivation.  I have found a new love for exercise and my diet has completely changed. “Hannah has been training me for the past 6 months. The sessions are always varied, we could be working out in my gym or doing a bootcamp outside in the garden. Hannah pushes you hard but there is always a smile and a joke. I have never enjoyed personal training so much. She makes sure she works the whole body and has helped to improve my core strength and postural problems. Hannah has also introduced me to exercises that I can do by myself too, that compliment my training with her. I feel far more energised now and really look forward to each session. “Having been quite a reluctant exerciser in the past I can honestly say that I now look forward to my sessions with Hannah. I have two to three sessions a week which are either weight training, running or zumba.  Running has always been my bete noir, but with Hannah’s encouragement, I have gradually managed to increase my stamina and speed, and she has transformed my naturally lazy inclinations. Zumba has been a complete revelation to me – I call it disguised exercise. This is easily the most enjoyable exercise I’ve ever done. Hannah’s enthusiasm and positive attitude is infectious and I for one can thoroughly recommend her”- Lucy, Wandsworth, S.W London.
